I am the Associate Director of Student Wellness at the University of Iowa, and I also teach part-time in the Department of Health & Human Physiology.

In my role at Student Wellness, I lead and support initiatives aimed at promoting sustainable health behaviors and fostering a culture of wellness. I’m eager to connect with students who have questions about personal well-being, goal exploration, overcoming obstacles, or anything really!
