Nicole is a fourth-year undergraduate at the University of Iowa pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Sciences on a Biosciences Track as well as a Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Certificate and Geoscience Minor. Throughout her time at Iowa, she has been involved in a variety of outdoor learning experiences such as EES Department field trips to The Bahamas and Badlands, Lifetime Leisure Skills classes, undergraduate research at Ashton Prairie Living Laboratory, and field ecology classes at Iowa Lakeside Laboratory in Milford, IA. Beyond academics, Nicole loves to hike, read, drink coffee, travel, and listen to live music! Nicole is the Living Labs Intern here at the Office of Sustainability and the Environment. In this position, she will help to enhance multipurpose green spaces and outdoor labs on campus.
